1- you need a backup without FMI ON and no ICLOUD ID download from here:

2- put backup into itunes backup folder:

• MAC ( ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/ )
• WINDOWS (In the Search bar enter: %appdata% Press Return. Double-click these folders: Apple Computer > MobileSync > Backup )

3- Go to iphone general and reset settings press ok and confirm .
4- iphone will restart and when restart itunes will detect iphone again and you press restore from backup – restore your backup without FMI and NO ICLOUD.
