NOTE : This method is for Delete icloud from activated Iphone ipad or ipod  do not have passcode but you need delete icloud it needs access to springbord, also you need have luck because your device also needs be jailbreak for delete everthing, work in all version ios.

1.-The device should the currently active (ie, you must access the menu springboard )
2.-Your device must have jailbreak
3.-Download from Cydia programs: iFile, iCleaner, and iFirewall
4.- Open iFile, and look the path: var / keychains / and delete Keychain-2.db there. (This will erase any stored password)
5.-Restart the device by pressing the power and home button at the same time (will shuts down and then the apple appears)
6.-Now open iFirewall, and add a new rule (“add a new rule”) to settings and choose to deny all connections (“Deny all connections”). In the same application add a new rule for the domain “com.apple.com” and choose to deny all connections.
7.-Open iCleaner, go to the first page and desabiliten “iCloud Daemon”. And restart the device again.
8.- Go to settings / iCloud and see the Find My iPhone option off, now can delete it. (Although you delete FMI it stills missing more steps, so keep reading)
9. Reopen iCleaner, and enable or turn on the “iCloud Daemon” option again.
10.- Go to Cydia and uninstall iFirewall.
11.- restart the device again.
12.- Go back to settings / iCloud and try to create a new account or log in with your account (Apple ID).
This step must be HAVE patience as we usually say:  the server can not connect. Keep trying until it works
13. After you are logged will see on Find My IPhone option.
Make sure you have activated, opening the multitask function and close the application. Once closed came back to open and verify that you turn on the Find My iPhone option
14. www.icloud.com enter your computer and try to locate your device. Once located, try to play a sound, if this sounds, choose the option to delete iPhone.
15.-The deletion process can not be concluded since you have done jailbreak, still wait until the progress bar reaches the end. Put the device in DFU mode and restore with iTunes, your device will now be prompted to activate the account that you used to erase (bone yours).
16. is very important not to skip the step of deleting and restoring, if you omit to restore in the future he will ask the previous owner’s account.

Version Spanish :

1.-El dispositivo debe este actualmente activado (es decir, debes tener acceso al menú)
2.-Tu dispositivo debe tener jailbreak 
3.-Descargar desde Cydia los programas: iFile, iCleaner, y iFirewall
4.-Abrir iFile, y buscar la ruta : var/keychains/ y allí borrar Keychain-2.db. (esto borrara cualquier contraseña almacenada)
5.-Reiniciar el dispositivo presionando el botón power y home al mismo tiempo (hasta que se apague y después aparezca la manzana)
6.-Ahora abran iFirewall, y añadan una nueva regla (“add a new rule”) para settings y escojan negar todas las conexiones (“Deny all connections”). En la misma aplicación añadan una nueva regla para el dominio “com.apple.com” y también elijan negar todas las conexiones
7.-Abrir iCleaner, vayan a la primer página y desabiliten “iCloud Daemon”. Y reinicien nuevamente el dispositivo
8.-Vayan a configuración/iCloud y verán la opción Find My iPhone apagada, ahora podrán borrarla. (A pesar de que se ha borrado aun faltan mas pasos, así que sigue leyendo)
9.-Vuelvan a abrir iCleaner, y habiliten o enciendan nuevamente la opción “iCloud Daemon”
10.-Vayan a Cydia y desinstalen iFirewall.
11.-Reinicien nuevamente el dispositivo
12.-Vayan nuevamente a configuración/iCloud e intenten crear una nueva cuenta o inicien sesión con su cuenta (ID de Apple).
En este paso deben tener MUUUUCHAAAAA PACIENCIA ya que normalmente dice que el servidor no puede establecer conexión . Sigan intentando hasta que funcione
13.-Una vez iniciada sesión enciendan la opción Find My IPhone.
Asegúrense de que lo hayan activado, abriendo la función multitask y cierren la aplicación. Una vez cerrada vuélvanla a abrir y verifiquen que se haya encendido la opción Find My iPhone
14.- en su computadora ingresen awww.icloud.com e intenten localizar su dispositivo. Una vez localizado, intenten reproducir un sonido, si este suena, elijan la opción borrar iPhone.
15.-El proceso de borrado no se podrá concluir ya que ustedes tienen jailbreak hecho, aún así esperen a que la barra de progreso llegue al final. Pongan el dispositivo en Modo DFU, y restauren con iTunes, su dispositivo ahora les pedirá que activen con la cuenta que ustedes usaron para borrarlo (ósea la suya).
16.- es muy importante no saltar el paso de borrar y restaurar, si lo omiten al restaurar en un futuro les pedirá la cuenta del dueño anterior.
Probado en iPhone 5 iOS 7.1 y en 5s iOS 7.1.3.
