since @iRogerosx release, his amazing icloud bypass based on checkra1n jailbreak to public many other tools come out using his method. The first tools come out for Mac and Linux using the terminal bash file, but now we have many other free tools to bypass icloud using iOS13 for windows.
To use windows to bypass icloud on iphone or ipad you will need to jailbreak first. as you know there is no jailbreak checkra1n tool for windows, so you will need first boot your windows platform with Linux or MACra1n version. both methods can be run on windows platforms but the best and most easy to use is Linux.

first software iOS soft dev pack by @smolk1984 its a very easy software to use works very fast. with my iPhone x worked at the first time. very good software to use. Also, this software gives you instruction for the bypass process .
2 – Windows software to bypass icloud iOS13 using the latest firmware, very fast it can take less than 20 seconds to bypass icloud. The only problem I see in this software there is no reference to @iRogerosx the developer that makes possible this icloud bypass.
