Disable and BLOCK OTA updates via Cydia on iOS13
How you can block OVER THE AIR ( OTA) updates via Cydi. this works on iOS 9, 10, 11, 12 and latest iOS13. You just need install this tweak through Cydia and your device will be safe from automatics OTA updates. This will work also for apple watch.
If you recentely jailbreak your iOS13.5 with Unc0ver and now you want to keep the jailbreak so you should disable automatic OTA updates.
What is OTA? A: It updates your iPhone to the latest version automatically. So this post is all about how you can disable it so you can stay on the current version and stay Jailbroken open Cydia and add this repo:

FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS:
- Download Tweak OTADisabler from this Repo: cydia.ichitaso.com.
- Once installed search for OTADisabler
- Once installed the device will respring and now you can see OTA OFF
- Go to software updates and you will see this text “Your iPhone is running the latest version
